Abstract
Building Web3, end to end
DARKZERO is a Web3 build studio paired with an AI-native on-chain workspace. It helps founders, DAOs and communities move from raw idea to shipped product: researching the market, structuring ideas into specifications, and executing on-chain — with autonomous agents assisting at every step.
This document outlines the problem DARKZERO addresses, its product architecture, the proposed token model, and the roadmap toward launch. It is a living draft and will evolve as the protocol matures.
01 — Problem
Shipping in Web3 is fragmented
Despite a maturing ecosystem, turning a Web3 idea into a real product remains slow and fragmented. Teams juggle disconnected tools for research, planning, contract development, and community building. Knowledge is scattered, and most "Web3 platforms" stop at a marketing page with no working utility.
- Research is noisy. Signal is buried across X, forums, docs and dashboards.
- Ideas stall. Going from concept to a concrete, buildable spec takes specialized knowledge.
- Execution is siloed. Contracts, front-ends, and ops live in separate stacks.
- Hype over utility. Many projects ship tokens before shipping anything useful.
02 — Solution
One workspace, agents included
DARKZERO unifies the build journey into a single AI-native workspace. Instead of stitching tools together, users move through one connected flow: Research → Idea → Product → Knowledge Base, with AI agents handling the heavy lifting and keeping every output saved and reusable.
The studio side delivers human expertise — audited smart contracts, dApp front-ends, tokenomics and launches — while the workspace makes that capability self-serve and continuous.
03 — Product
The DARKZERO workspace
- Research. Agent-driven briefings that search the web and summarize Web3 topics into structured, sourced reports.
- Idea → Product. Turns a rough idea into a full spec: core features, tech stack, on-chain design, roadmap and risks.
- Knowledge Base. Every brief and spec is stored, searchable, and exportable — a compounding library for your project.
- Studio services. Smart contracts, dApps, AI agents, RWA tokenization and token launches, delivered by the team.
04 — Architecture
How it fits together
DARKZERO combines an off-chain agent layer with on-chain settlement. Agents orchestrate research and product workflows; results and access are anchored on-chain where verifiability matters.
- Agent layer. LLM-powered agents for research, drafting, and spec generation.
- Workspace layer. Persistent, user-owned knowledge storage and exports.
- On-chain layer. Token-gated access, identity and reputation, and launch infrastructure.
- Multi-chain. Designed to operate across EVM chains, with chain choices finalized before launch.
05 — Token indicative
$DZRO utility & allocation
The $DZRO token is designed to align the community with the studio's output. Its primary role is utility: access to the workspace, priority on studio builds, and governance over the roadmap. Final parameters are indicative and will be confirmed in the official tokenomics release.
Indicative allocation:
These figures are placeholders for illustration and must be replaced with audited, final tokenomics before any launch.
06 — Roadmap
Path to launch and beyond
- Phase 1 — Foundation. Workspace prototype (Research, Idea→Product, Knowledge Base), brand, and community.
- Phase 2 — Launch. Token launch (May 28), contract verification, login (email OTP + Phantom wallet), token-gated access.
- Phase 3 — Expansion. Studio service pipeline, additional agent skills, multi-chain support, and governance.
